A note on shared and leased lakebed
Many cottage lakes have shared or leased lakebed, and some jurisdictions require a permit or approval before you install equipment, place a diffuser or mechanically clear weeds below the high-water mark. Rules vary by lake and region, so check with your local authority before you install, and talk to us and we will help you plan a setup that fits.
